Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe
Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Cancellation Conditions
You may cancel under the following conditions:
Subscription Cancellations
- Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- All active listings will become inactive upon subscription expiry
Ad Posting Cancellations
- Cancel an ad posting request within 24 hours if it hasn't been published yet
- Once published, ads cannot be cancelled but can be deleted from your account
- Deleted ads will not be refunded as the service has been provided
Service Cancellations
- Cancel any requested service within 24 hours for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to terms and conditions

When requesting cancellation, please provide your account information and transaction details for faster processing.
Refund Processing
Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 to 45 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made after the specified timeframe (24 hours) may be subject to different terms. Please contact us for details about late cancellations. We will review each case individually and may provide partial refunds or credits depending on the circumstances.
