United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. The governing law is the local law of the United Arab Emirates. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Payment Methods

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Restrictions

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Age Restriction

Customer using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

User Responsibilities

• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Mobile Application - Suhaim policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
• Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Subscription Terms

• Active subscription is required to post listings on the platform.
• Subscriptions are available in 1 Day, 7 Days, and 15 Days plans.
• Listings remain active only during the subscription period.
• Upon subscription expiry, all active listings become inactive and are hidden from search results.
• Renewing a subscription reactivates all non-sold listings with a new expiry date.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

Listing Rules & Prohibited Items

• Users must post accurate descriptions and images of items.
• Prohibited items include: illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, and any items violating UAE laws.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Suhaim reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.

User Conduct

• Users must not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
• Users must not harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Users must not attempt to circumvent subscription requirements.
• Users must respect intellectual property rights of others.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Suhaim acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not a party to transactions.
• Suhaim does not verify the accuracy of listings or guarantee the quality of items.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making purchases.
• Suhaim is not liable for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers.
• Suhaim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
