Refund Process

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Not Delivered: If the service was not delivered as described or promised.
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from using the service as intended and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same service.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization.

Refund Request

  • Transaction reference number
  • Date of transaction
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for refund request
  • Account information

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 24 hours (unless due to technical issues on our end)
  • Services that have been fully utilized
  • Listings that have been published and are active
  • Fees for services already rendered
